Students at Foshay Learning Center are learning entrepreneurial skills in an art program called Room 13.They sell goods and fund their art.

There are more than 50 check cashing centers with predatory payday loan services in South Los Angeles. People use these centers to get an advance on their paychecks in harsh economic times, but they can get more than they bargained for in terms of interest rates.
