These are pictures of Anthony my nephew while living in foster care. During visitation we were only allowed to visit him at McDonalds or Jack on the Box. My father would mentioned that he was very frustrated of visiting Anthony at the fast food resturants, and he wanted to take the visitation hours to another location. We notice that Anthony was neglected in the hands of foster care system. I notice that he would only be placed on the crib without no exercise of his muscles. I also notice that his finger nails were also dirty, and I would take nail clippers to trim his nails.

But, a week before his birthday he was allow to live with us again before turning one year old.
