For many of the public transit users it can even be entertaining. For example: to wait fifteen minutes for a bus is reasonable, but when you wait thirty minutes (honestly I have waited up to one hour and there are witnesses) and the bus comes so full that it does not do stop and one of the people who have this experience for the first time asks you with a face that says "what is happening?”: must we wait thirty more minutes? The optimistic answer is: GOD FORBID!
