When we saw this picket line today we assumed that the workers standing behind their banner picketing for the rights. When we actually spoke with the 2 people behind the banner we found out that while they work for the union they were not union members. We asked them about their experiences in this line of work, they revealed that harassment is a typical part of their day. People call them lazy, not knowing that they take pride in their job. When asked what 'quality jobs' meant, one worker said good pay and good hours.
