"The princess that did not want to eat partridges."

"Cinderalla lived in a neighborhood like all. She studied like all. And she wanted to discover love like all. One day..."

"Listen, listen! Anniversary party at the executive club. See you then!"

"I want to go! I want to go! I want to, I want to!"

"Cinderalla had so many desires to go, that in the end, she was able to. Cinderella was so anxious, that she was unable to remember anything the next morning."

"Ugh, what a headache!"

"She had arrived at noon on the next day."

"Who is it?"

"It was two men with a pointy heel shoe waiting for her to try it on."

"Which shoe?"

"The crystal shoe! If it's your, the Prince will marry you."

"In the beginning, her foot did not fit. But she squeezed and squeezed until it did. And she messed up because she had to marry the Prince. On their wedding night..."

"Cinderella!"

"Yes, Prince?"

"Cook some partridges!"

"I can't eat partridges. I am vegetarian. I don't eat meat or fish."

"Partridges, I said!"

"So Cinderella cooked partridges...grilled, filled, fried, baked."

"These are burned! These are salty! These are raw!"

"The Prince yelled in an annoyed manner because she never cooked the partridges to his taste. What disgust. But worse was that Cinderella always had to wear the glass and pointy heel slippers."

"Ow, what a vertigo. Ow, I'm falling!"

"In the beginning, she tried straightening her back, but she would fall backwards. So she began to hunch forward and down her back slipped all her ideas and illusions."

"Partridges! Partridges! Partridges! Partridges!"

"Cinderalla was worse every time. Sick. Depressed. Lost. One day, she decided to open up."

"To hell with the Prince, the shoes and the partridges."

"Don't complain about the shoes. My Prince is modern and has me go around in half a meter heels."

"Don't complain about the partridges. My prince loves cows and I need 8 microwaves to heat up his dinner."

"Don't complain! Where will you be better off than with a Prince?"

"Cinderella became more confused with the comments, so she stopped speaking up and became isolated. She only had her beloved Prince."

"Partridges! Partridges!"

"Her back crooked, her feet blistered and her heart broken."

"Come, buy lamb, pork, partridges, lamb, cow, everything you want!"

"Give me half a kilo of pork. I want a kilo of chops."

"One day at the market, tired and depressed, Cinderella had an opportunity to see herself."

"And you?"

"Me?"

"Partridges again?"

"Yes, sure. I am the partridge one. I am the partridge one."

"And she began to laugh at herself. Of how naive she had been in thinking a prince would save her. After years of living with one, she noticed princes don't save you. Nor truckers, jockeys or bakers."

"Stop!"

"She stopped feeling guilty. She forgave herself and realized the only one capable of saving oneself is oneself."

"Stop! Stop!"

"When Cinderella said stop, her fairy god mother appeared."

"Who are you?"

"Your fairy god mother."

"That fat and dark?"

"Listen Cinderella. I live inside of you and can only come out when you say what you have said: "Stop."

"The fairy god mother hugged her and Cinderella began to cry. It had been so long since she last cried. First, she cried for the Prince. For all the dead partridges. And for the shoes. The, she continued to cry when she remembered her step mother was mean to her. That her father treated her worse. She cried everything. Everything. And she felt better than ever."

"Empty. I am empty."

"Now, she had to fill herself up with nice things. And Cinderella knew she could do this with her fairy god mother by her side. First, she left the Prince. Then, she left the shoes. And the partridges. And once alone, she decided she wanted to enjoy her body which had been abused for so long. She discovered free dance, which is not completely free, but can help you feel free."

"Finally!"

"In this dance, it doesn't matter what size shoe you wear or how much you weight. How tall you are or how many years you have. And in the path to transformation, she met other beings like her."

"I am the Conceited Rat. I gained weight and got more boyfriends."

"I am the Sleeping Beauty. I am awake now and don't take antidepressants any longer."

"She found Red Riding Hood, Snow White. Once free, they were able to reach their dreams by helping one another. Cinderella was able to open a restaurant called "Excess Harmony" where they didn't stop eating or dancing. Today they are happy of having met, but still angry about the characters they have had to play during decades: passive girls waiting to be asked to marry and lose their lives. It has ended. They have begun to write a new story. Once upon a time there were some women that were not alone and many partridges that flew happily. The end."

"This story is dedicated to all the brave women that want to change their lives and to those that lost their lives and illuminate us from the skies."

"A radiolistas.net production."

"Good morning. Can you tell me your name?"

"Noemi."

"How many kids do you have?"

"I have 5."

"Do you know what is celebrated on March 8?"

"It's International Women's Day."

"What do you think about that day and any other day?"

"I think every day is our day but that is the day that was chosen to commemorate women. But women should be recognized and congratulated every day for the work we do on the daily basis."

"Good morning."

"State your name, please."

"Garces Martinez."

"Mom of how many children?"

"Four. March 8 is International Women's Day. It means a lot. If no one celebrates us, at least we celebrate ourselves as the women we are. We value ourselves and even more when we are single mothers. I am a single mother without a stable job. Whenever opportunities come up, I go and help and that is how I earn money. But I am also on top of my children."

"Ana Muñoz."

"What do you know about March 8th?"

"I don't know anything, really."

"Are you a mother?"

"Yes."

"How many kids do you have?"

"3 daughters."

"What do you think about International Women's Day?"

"I think it's good, but Women's Day should be every day, not just one."

"Are you a mother?"

"Yes. 2 kids, an 18-year-old and an 8-year-old."

"Do you know what is celebrated the next 8th of March?"

"No, not really."

"Are you a mother?"

"Yes. 1 kid."

I am unsure why the video profile picture did not appear. It is of a "Woman" that also occupies a space of the second sex in the universe and of whom Simone de Beauvoir speaks about doing first rate work that is recognized on a second basis. "Women" that were trusted by nature to fulfill the harvest of humanity.

A tribute to all my congeners that work every day and contribute to the functioning of the world. Those that may not appear in these images but are still present and are carrying out with their personal missions in life conscious or not about the great importance of their existence.
